Spamfilter

We are using a spam filter for all incoming emails. Although, it works with nearly 100%, we are sometimes loosing a “good” mail, as it is misclassified as spam. In case, you have the suspicion, that the mail, you sent to us, was deleted, please contact us using this address:

Privacy protection

We care about all the data, we get from our customers. We strictly keep all the data protection acts. In case, you provide us with personal data, we will only use them for answering your questions, to carry out your orders and for technical administration. Your data will only be given to a third party in case of needing to do so for carry out orders or we have your acceptance. You may withdraw your acceptance at any time. The data will be deleted, if you withdraw your acceptance or the data is no longer needed for order purpose or the data has to be deleted by law.

Upon commencement of the German ElektroG we are unfortunately compelled to deliver hardware exclusively to commercial customers. We apologize for any inconvenience. Software (e.g. licenses) will of course be delivered to all customers.
